The 11th Hour Program

The 11th Hour Trauma Retreat is one to two weeks with a maximum of 6 clients so treatment can be individualized. The client to therapist ratio is 2 to 1. Clients will reside in a private residence located close to the 11th Hour office. Clients will meet our staff and all participants on the first day of the intensive to learn about the program including expectations for each other and staff. Confidentiality is extremely important.

Understanding how safety plays a role in therapy and relationships will be discussed. Client and staff will discuss individual and group goals and how to reach them within the time frame of the retreat. The 11th Hour Trauma Retreat uses many different therapies as needed but the main therapies are Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Attachment Therapy, and Relational Therapy. Clients will receive 10-12 hours of individual EMDR therapy with a trained and experienced primary therapist and approximately 35 hours of psychoeducational groups, process groups and integration therapy.

Rachael’s program has helped me immensely! I’ve gone to dozens of other therapists and none of them did even half the work she did for me.

Robert

Rachael finally helped me overcome the trauma from my past and freed me from it. I really feel like I can live a good life now without all the noise from my past clouding it up.

Alyson

This trauma intensive program boasts that it’s unlike anything else you’ve seen – and it’s right. It’s a lot of work, but the reward is worth it 100%.
